The Water Forest by Rosa Rogers

Recently, the United Nations Forum on Forests Secretariat partnered with the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival to create a film festival honoring the planet. Their aim was to highlight the creative efforts of film-makers who capture the dynamic relationship between people and their environment.

This incredible film was shot by Rosa Rogers of the United Kingdom. It won an honorable mention for its amazing depiction of the efforts of a community in Joal-Fadiouth, Senegal to protect their mangrove forest.
