The Beauty of Ireland’s Kingfisher

The River Shannon in Ireland is home to the beautiful Kingfisher. This elegant bird spends its days sailing in and out of the water as it hunts for its meals. Usually, all that can be seen is the flash of its brilliant blue feathers, but cameraman Colin Stafford-Johnson was able to capture this amazing aerialist at slow speeds.

The result is beautiful footage of this incredible bird.
