One of the toughest balances with captive animals is the task of protecting endangered species. Sadly, most of the time that does not happen, and when it does it can go badly.
But other times, an organization will come along and do everything right to make sure that creatures like these wonderful elephants are able to be rehabilitated and live the life they were supposed to live.
This is a beautiful story of a shelter for elephants that takes great pains to release their charges into the wild. And thankfully, these elephants made an amazing and successful transfer and love their new jungle home.
Just being able to see them make their way back into a more wild lifestyle again after so much time goes to show that no matter what the situation, there can always be hope for reformed animals.
Watch them traverse their new home in this incredible video below!
