You Can Take An Electric Bike Tour Through The Beautiful Northern California Redwoods

I was lucky enough to grow up in a home surrounded by old-growth redwood trees in Northern California. There’s something magical about stepping outside and being surrounded by ancient giants.

Even if you don’t have the opportunity to live among them, you can visit the redwood forest to get a taste of what it’s like.

There are a few incredible places to visit the redwoods, and one world-famous option is taking the Skunk Train out of Willits, California.

The Skunk Train has been operating since 1888 and runs through old-growth redwoods. The experience offers incredible views, but now, there’s a chance to experience the same train tracks from a different angle.

Starting in Fort Bragg, California, you can take an electric bike tour on the railroad tracks and experience unique, stunning views of the forest.

I know people who’ve tried the railbikes and they say it’s spectacular. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area!

The railbikes operate seasonally and tickets are available for $250 for two bikes. You can also add a crate for a dog, which costs an additional $30.
