Aerial Drone Captures Humpback Calf Having A Whale Of A Time In Hawaii

Just like human beings, whales clearly love having fun with their little ones. An adorable video shot by an aerial drone can attest to this, as it captures intimate moments of a whale and her calf leisurely doing tricks and frolicking through the water together. Already wanting to be just like its parents, the young whale even spins and flips onto its back to imitate what the older members of the pod are doing. They all look so calm and relaxed as they enjoy the vast ocean that seems to belong only to them.

Humpback whales can get up to a whopping 52 feet and weigh as much as 80 thousand pounds! Humpback whales are found in oceans and seas all around the world and it is estimated that the humpback population ranges from 80,000-100,000.
