Na-Na-Na-Na Na-Na-Na-Na Bat-Babies!

At the Australian Bat Clinic and Wildlife Trauma Centre, Trish Winberley cares for hundreds of orphaned baby bats, gently rearing and nursing them to prepare them for release back into the wild.

It’s a lot of work taking care of so many babies — they need feeding, health check-ups, and training for release (which takes place once the bats have moved onto a soft release exhibit, and they’re nearly ready for the wild).
